CHARACTER RULES

This rulset goes through how to conduct yourself in character.

Name

Your character must be named appropriately

  • Your character must have an appropriate first and last name. You may also not choose the name of a real or fictional person. I.e Walter White is unacceptable, Walter Black would be fine as long as you are not RPing as the Breaking Bad character.
  • Staff have the ability to send name change prompts and force a name upon your character. This will result in you being kicked from the server.

Information

Information given/found by your character

  • You can not use OOC information IC and vice versa.
  • For example you cannot use information in character from a public discord channel
  • You also cannot use information obtained on a different character that you own.

Item Transfer

Transferring money or items from one character to another..

  • You may not transfer money or items to another player that you own.
  • If players are found to be doing this, not only will you be banned your characters may be removed entirely. This includes any middlemen.

Family Members

Do not impersonate staff members

  • If your character is perma killed, you may create a new character as a brother, father, uncle etc with a few caveats.
  • Your new character cannot know information your previous character knew. He.she may only know surface level info and must play the character as 'estranged'.

Player on Player Crime

Mugging, raiding etc.

  • You cannot have a character for the sole purpose of mugging / raiding people so there is no consequence to your main character. I.e a character that you can just throw away.

High Commands

High level positions within organisations.

  • You cannot have characters that are high ranking in multiple mobs or law enforcement. I.e you cannot be an underboss of a family and a police captain.
  • This is to mitigate metagame, as information can be used as a bias.

Promotion After Death

How does a new guy become the don in a week?

  • You cannot create a new character to take up the role that you had when you died. You start from the beginning.
    • This means that if your character is perma killed for whatever reason, you then cannot just simply return on a new character as the don of that particular mob.
